Lovely boots but run very large

I thought the outside material would be more like a canvas shoe.

I ordered shoes in size 12 W Silver and received 11 WW Black. Disappointed. Returning of course. Hope to get what I need from a second attempt. The shoes are very elegant, by the way. I already have them in black. Hope to get my silver pair.

The leather is of good quality, however, I question the quality and durability of the zippers. I ordered a half size smaller than my normal shoe but they felt odd. My heel was slipping out of one shoe and the toe box does seem a bit overly large. Might work for someone with bunions? I don't know, but they didn't work for me.

Had to send them back. They seemed too short and the toe box was very narrow.

Very comfortable and easy to walk in. Good arch support. Insole can be removed and replaced with orthotic. Not waterproof, unfortunately.

Really very comfortable but like a couple other shoes better. For the record, I have arthritis in my metatarsals so comfort is very hard to come by. These are definitely worth a shot and the straps were very roomy.

The fit is great in the toe box and arch but quite wide in the ankle. Still a comfortable shoe but a little heavy-feeling because of this loose area.

Beautiful dress sandal. I tried on so many, but these fit my toes (WW width) and felt so comfortable, while still looking classy. The lower block heel will also allow me to wear these all night to a wedding, without having to change shoes or take these off. Just beautiful.

After trying on so many dress sandals, these are the winner. Beautiful, understated, comfortable, and wide enough for my toes. The heel height will allow me to wear these to a wedding without having to change shoes, or take these off.

This is a very good purchase if you have a wide width foot with a narrow calf. The calf will be a little bit wide, but not enough to look ridiculous. These are will worth the purchase!

Sadly, despite cute styling, these are not even close to being narrow.

The 8 was the correct size for length but the narrow width was still too wide for my foot.

Because of the 3 Velcro straps and the piece that connects toe box to ankle, this shoe is amazingly stable! I have bunions on both feet and the velcro straps give me that custom fit I need with no rubbing. Also has great padding and arch support. The denim metallic has just enough sparkle to be dressy. And it’s great to have a small heel. I’m ready for walking on uneven pavements for vacation!! As always, Zappos has the best customer service hands down!

Fit was good, but not enough arch support for my feet.

I wear an 11N and this narrow shoe still felt to wide in the front. I also wasn’t pleased with the clear plastic on the sides. I returned the shoe.

I ordered my normal size, but this shoe was a little spacious. Also, the outer sides were a little high and would rub against my ankle bones.

These look, feel, and wear beautifully. I like them with blousy pants tucked in or with casual skirts and dresses + tights. I hadn't purchased this brand before, but I will be buying more in the future. Why did I wait so long to invest in better footwear? Gah! :O)

I was disappointed in these so I returned them. I had purchased them in brown a year ago and I love them, wear them all the time. These felt tighter through the middle of my foot and just were not as pretty as I thought they would be. The cream leather almost looked dirty, just not what I was going for.

I liked a lot about these shoes - they actually fit my narrow feet - but there wasn't enough padding in the soles for comfortable standing. So many shoe companies have figured out stylish comfort. This designer should take a note from them.

This is such a cute shoe, I wanted it to fit. I ordered it in three different sizes and widths, all to no avail!
