perfect fit and great replacement for my old cycling shoes. When I need to replace these, I will certainly get the same ones. I am very happy with this purchase. Wellmade and substantial.

It’s been about 7 - 10 years since I last bought Pearl Izumi cycling pants. I would ride once a week but alternated 2 pairs of short or longer pants, depending on the season. My last pair were fraying at the sitz bones and have now been turfed out. Here are the improvements I’ve noticed in the new pair: 1) fabric - much softer. No longer the harsh nylon 2) aeration - much better. Mesh type fabric at the calf 3) phone pocket - available, although I’d still rather use a cycling shirt back pocket while riding, the thigh phone pocket is handy when off the bike 4) elastic - didn’t have the horrid tight elastic biting into your calf. The new pair has a much softer edge What seems to be the same is the padding. It’s probably a different shape, and it’s comfortable but not dramatically different. Overall, I was pleased with these pants & ordered a 2nd pair after a trial 30 mile ride.

These are great if you want cycling shoes without the lace dial which seems to be all the rage right now. I like being able to adjust the fit with the 3 straps. I use them with my bowflex bike and they work great. You will need to buy clips if you don't have any.

The size felt right for me @ 5'9" and 215 lbs, I bought XL. Not as soft as my other Pearl Izumi jacket. Has a weird two zipper setup, which I guess helps the zipper from separating at the bottom.

I spend 3-4 hours every week spinning and rely on a comfortable bike shoe with a solid sole. The good of this Studio Cycling shoe: The vibrant color of the pink was amazing. Not critical for an indoor cycling shoe like it is for the road, but it is a very pretty color. The 9.5 size is my usual and fit well and comfortably. The bad: the off-gassing of the material was very strong. The ugly: while the shoe was comfortable and the velco tab was great, the color and the construction conspired to make my narrow foot look extremely wide. Disappointed that they fit so well but the combo of the wide look and icky smell was too much.

Wanted to buy a biking shoe that I could wear without clips because I do casual touring on my bike. Which means while biking, I like to stop for coffee or lunch, or shop. These shoes are perfect for me. They are good for biking and stable for casual walking. I take a 6.5 shoe and bought at 7 (38).

OMG, talk about a ridiculous sizing for a shoe! This is a FULL SIZE bigger than normal and I could barely get my foot inside of it! Terrible design and it's hard to believe that _anyone_ could wear that shoe (except maybe someone who accidentally orders two sizes too large or something)... Plus the design of the velcro closing that barely leaves enough room to squeeze the foot in ... Whoever designed and produced this shoe should be fired.

I am new to Peloton, but didn't want to spend the money for their shoes after hearing people say they were uncomfortable. I figured at least if I ordered something from Zappos they'd be easy enough to return. I have done 5 30 minute rides in the past 3 days and am loving these shoes. They're lightweight and fit pretty well. I'm normally a 9.5, but ordered the 10's. They're a touch too long, but I feel like 9's would be too short. The slight extra length doesn't bother me the way it might in a cardio sneaker. My heels don't budge when I'm out of the saddle, and my feet feel great post-ride. These are a winner for me. I'll probably get my husband a pair of the men's version to try.

I'm a short distance urban commute cyclist who loathes the cold, so was looking primarily for high visibility and wind-blocking qualities. The Small fit perfectly but I would not be able to layer anything under it so went with the Medium which has been great so far. Zippers all feel smooth and sturdy (love the 2-directional zip) as does the mesh. Fabric is very light and, as another person noted, it feels like the snaps may be a weak point in the long run so a little extra care when removing the sleeves is probably a good idea.

I really like the design of this design and color of this cycling shoe. I am usually a 7.5 in US sizes. I ordered both a size 40 and size 39.5 and the 40 fit more comfortably, less tight.

Definitely had to size up. I don’t mind the strap. Although it takes some getting used to, it’s not a dealbreaker and the shoe stays on quite securely.

I find these to be a bit narrow but they’ve broken in a little more over time. Initially after using these with my IC4 bike, I had some numbness in my toes. I believe this was partially the narrowness but also because of some bad positioning on my part; after redoing the cleats a few times, adjusting my seat, and making sure not to pull the Velcro too tight, I don’t have the issue anymore. Much better than riding with toe cages. I only use them indoors.

I already had a pair of Elite Thermal Tights purchased 6 years ago, and wanted a backup pair. The older ones have a zipper on the calves, which I prefer. These new ones don’t have that, so they’re a little more of a hassle to put on and take off, and they’re more than double the price. Still, they’re comfortable, warm enough and do the job well.
