School Issue

Didn't last too long. They made it about 3 months, and now the sole is separating from the leather of the shoe. I am surprised, since these are the same shoes that she had before, which lasted until she outgrew them. Maybe it was just an off lot, but this particular pair was unsatisfactory, even though overall, they have been great.

Size up

I stretched them a bit and they fit better. The wide was too narrow.

First of all let me say I have these shoes in tan and white and black and white. I even have a high heeled version of the black and white so I had to get these for my granddaughter to wear with jeans,skirts and dresses. I would advise other buyers to measure their child’s feet or trace the foot and measure that way. Centimeters is better and I got her a pair of 11’s and she was running around the house walking on the heels of the shoe like kids do. She didn’t complain of any pain and she has a bit of room in the toe area. So thick tights in the fall should be good. She tried them on initially with a thin sock.

I like the look of the shoe it seems well made and I think it’s a comfortable shoe. I ordered the size I thought would fit and it was way too small. My granddaughter’s dad traced her foot measured it and used the chart to chose a size and instead of a 9.5 which I started to go with the 10 but the measurements says she’s a size 11. Trace your child’s foot then measure using centimeters.

The 9.5 is too small so I’ll order the 11. My granddaughter has long narrow feet and I don’t think the 10 will fit. She screamed in pain but just looking at them out the box they looked too small.

Super cute but I need to return them since they are TOO narrow (my 10 year old daughter has an average foot - not narrow but not wide either).

These are very cute. They looked adoration my 5 year old. Would’ve been perfect for kindergarten but the back side heel rubbed off her ankle. She only had them on for a few minutes but they left a red mark right under her ankle bone. She has really narrow feet so maybe that effect the way they fit.

So disappointed in these shoes after having them for awhile. Both my daughters got them for school uniforms and the Velcro came off of both after a couple of months!!! They’re also very stiff and uncomfortable. I thought by paying more I’d get something better but sad to be buying new shoes again today ? so expensive!!!!

I loved these but they’re so stiff. I sent them back. I’m pretty sure the ‘break in’ would be uncomfortable.

I bought these for my daughter - they are part of the required uniform for her school. They are not very stylish, but she tells me they are quite comfortable and fit well. We had just measured her in a store for a sneaker purchase and she measured a 6. We bought the six and it fits great!

Shoes were horrible, I ordered 3 pairs in different sizes and the all looked over a year old after 3 DAYS! The shoes just fell apart and the leather came off.

Ordered a wide and im glad I did. I feel like they run a tad narrow. Great shoo overall!

I purchased these for my Grandson (they're listed as girls, but are actually unisex) the fit was a little narrow and a 1/2 size smaller than expected. But, I absolutely Love Love Love these shoes. They are made of great quality and are a really good looking shoe. As always, the exchange was painless with Zappos! Just one of the many reasons I continue to shop with them!
