First impression Beautiful design Sleek style Love the color Not pleased with: Timepiece arrived already running A new watch should have the crown pulled away with plastic piece that the consumer removes, then pushes in, thus starting the battery. Is the watch (battery) I received going to fail soon?? Also no paperwork describing how to self shorten/size this type of band. I found a jeweler on YouTube that walked me through it, using a small screwdriver.

It’s a beautiful watch! My only reason for a 4 star on comfort is the band can rub the skin a bit if it moves too much. But overall it’s not bad. I bought it because it was on sale and I thought “why not?” I usually wear G-Shock. This will be a nice going out watch.

I got this watch but the color is not royal blue. it's more like navy. Just keep that is mind. The watch was also on. Makes me wonder how long the battery would last. Ended up returning it.

The watch was defective and I initiated an exchange. However, for whatever reason, the price had been increased on the website by $47. If I wanted to get a watch to replace the defective one, I had to pay the difference. Zappos has just lost a customer.

Size was smaller than described. Clasp will not close. I am pretty displeased that I will have tit air the watch to be fixed.
