How do I enroll in my employer’s work shoe program?

A:

Visit the portal link provided by your employer, and log in to your Zappos account. If you do not have a Zappos account yet, go ahead and create one. Once you are logged in, or your account has been created, you will be directed to enter your first name, last name, and Unique Employee ID. You will be redirected to your approved products portal when enrollment is successful.

Q:

I'm an Amazon employee. How do I enroll in the program and access my approved products?

A:

Amazon-approved products are only visible at zappos.com/amazon, or zappos.com/newhire for new candidates. To enroll, go to www.zappos.com/amazon and log in to your Zappos account. If you do not have a Zappos account yet, go ahead and create one. Once you are logged in, or your account has been created, you will be directed to enter your first name, last name, and Amazon login ID. You will be redirected to your approved products portal when enrollment is successful.

Can I use my subsidy to purchase anything I want on Zappos.com?

Your subsidy will only apply to items that are specifically approved by your employer for your job type.

How do I return?

A:

You can create a pre-paid return label using this link and signing into your Zappos.com account. Locate the item you’re looking to return from your order history, and then click “RETURN ITEM” and follow the steps in selecting how you’d like to receive your return label. Items being returned must be unworn and in the original packaging. Additional details on our return policy can be found here. Q:

I'm receiving an error code when I try to enroll. What does it mean?

A:

E002: The E002 error indicates Enrollment ID entered is not recognized as eligible. Please reach out to your employer for further assistance.

E004: The E004 error code is received when the Enrollment ID entered has already had enrollment processed under a different Zappos account than the one currently logged in. Please log out of the account on Zappos.com, clear your cache and cookies, proceed to your program’s URL, and log in with the Zappos account that was used when enrollment was initially processed.

E005: The E005 error indicates the name being entered does not match what was provided by your employer. This is typically your legal name as opposed to a preferred name.
