Normally wear a size 8 1/2, ordered 9 in these and they fit well since I will be wearing wool socks with them. Bought these to wear on a trip to Copenhagen Denmark, so I hope that they work well. Tested them out today, and they feel comfortable. They felt a little narrow in the top of my foot to begin with, but that was solved by loosening the laces. I have a feeling I will have these for years to come.

Great style, perfect fit, good traction. These kept me warm on an Alaskan glacier. Highly recommend.

I bought these boots for a wintertime trip to Canada and haven't regretted it. They are very light considering how durable they are, and I didn't have to break them in....which is always nice when you're buying shoes for a trip. The first time I put them on, I wore them for 8 hours walking around Whistler. They held up great to snow, ice, and the salt/slush mixture without staining the material.

Was looking for something for snow and cold and have worn them in both conditions now and here is my take. They are good at keeping out water and snow. As for warmth, they work well down to about 0-10 above. Once it gets colder than that, I can still wear them, my feet just don't stay warm for more than about 1/2 an hour. Not a huge issue though. The only thing I would change is a more comfortable footbed as I do need a little more cushioning and support. Overall, I would definitely order them again.

The warmest snow boots I've ever worn. Easy to get on and off, very supportive, the first time I ever wore them was for an entire day and there were no issues with them hurting my feet/no need to break them in.

I bought these on recommendation from my daughter, who had already been through the process of trying on many different pairs of boots. I wear 8.5 in a dress shoe and 9 in a walking/gym shoe. I got the black pair in size 9 so I could wear a thicker winter sock. The major selling point for me is the removable insole, so I can replace it with my custom orthotics. They are the most comfortable insulated & waterproof boots I’ve ever worn. I walked our dog in 25 degrees weather and my feet were so comfortable and warm, I didn’t want to take them off. I highly recommend!

Love them. But I wear 8.5 and ordered a 9 they are to big. So I suggest order the normal size you normally wear. I have high arches and the support would be great if they weren’t flopping on my feet.

These boots are lovely. So comfortable and warm. It's like I could tromp over Alaska in these.

This boots are one the most comfortable boots I've ever had. They are great for walking on snow and rocky terrain. They kept my feet warm and comfy. I definitely recommend this boots!

I liked the materials and they are incredibly light weight. However, the toe box on the size wide was too narrow, narrower than most regular size 8.

I ordered these after reading all the stellar reviews. I'm a bit disappointed in that, when I placed a size 10 in my cart, a pop-up suggested a size 9.5. Thinking pop-ups know more than I, I caved and ordered the 9.5. Of course it was too small; I should have stuck with my original idea. As usual Zappos Chat / Live Help was great, and an even exchange was made. When my boots arrived, I was disappointed in that there seems to be little to NO arch support, despite what many reviews say. I'll need to purchase a drug-store support and hope there's enough room to accommodate it. The boots seem warm enough and quite stylish. I'm hoping the arch support will remedy the fact that my feet seem to be floating around in space inside the boots.

I ordered a size 8 1/2 (my normal size) and a size 9 to see which pair felt better with thick socks. They both were exactly the same size. I measured with a tape measure! So I sent the size 9 back and kept the 8 1/2. I think they were sized wrong, but the tag on the inside said 8 1/2. ?????

I have wide feet and a bunion on one foot, these shoes were still too narrow. They were also not has supportive as I would have hoped they would be. Quality looks great and they felt warm, just not right for my feet.

Great boots. I live in the very cold north and wore these almost every day for about 4 months, after my other boots broke down. They are very warm; however I had to replace the laces 3 times. I did have to put my orthopedic supports under the removable foot bed, and that made them so I could walk around town in them all day. I typically walk 1 hour to work and remained warm and snug on my walk.

I am a 5.5 and the shoes fit me well. It's cute and perfect for winters. However, can't wear it with thick woollen socks when it snows. In that case a half size large would have served the purpose.

These boots are so cute, but there is something in the boot that digs into the (outside) side of my ankle and it's very painful.

I wanted to like these but right off the bat, I realized that there's no continuous gusset under the laces to keep snow and ice out. My right foot has a slight bunion and the boot is definitely too narrow for me even though it's supposed to be a wide boot. Didn't even bother with the left foot. Oh well, back they go!

Very comfy shoes but I am returning because the inside flap irritates my leg (which is bigger than the average person)

The material felt like cardboard inside, just not comfortable enough for me.

I really liked these boots, would say I have no complaints except that I purchased them last Oct (2021) and was wearing them the other day and again today to walk my dog because it's rainy and the ground is wet and my foot was SOAKED. So they only lasted me 1 season and for that, I think they're a waste. Very disappointing.

These are beautiful boots, and I ordered brown, a half size larger than my shoe size (which is 8-1/2, so ordered 9) as I usually do with boots, but the toe bed was way too small. I have a bunion in my right foot and both feet have wide toe beds. If I ordered another half size larger, I'm afraid they would have been too large with heel slippage. Returned them and instead ordered Vienna Waterproof Cougar, size 9 and they are perfect in comfort, style and function. Columbia Ice Maiden II, Medium, is a great boot for gals with feet on the narrow side.

I got these for Christmas I live in MT we haven’t had much snow this year so far. It has been snowing for two days and it’s -15 feels like -29 and I was wearing them for the first time to shovel my walk way. So an hour at best feet stayed dry but my feet were so dang cold I came in a took a break to warm them up!! Style is cute and comfortable as long as you don’t need to stay warm.

I am giving this boot one star because they say it comes in wide but these are NOT wide. I have bunions, not terrible but need a wide tie box. These ‘wides’ hurt my bunions the second I put them on, squeezing my toes. Don’t waste your time on these if you’re looking for a wide boot.

Have worn these a few times in the snow, and my feet stayed dry. The insoles have a nice amount of cushion but no arch support; they are removable, so can be replaced with orthotics. Wide width is great, with plenty of room in the forefoot. I have had good luck with Columbia boots for my very fussy feet.
